1. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)?
We have different MOQs for different designs. But small orders are also acceptable.
2. HOW DO I PLACE the ORDER?
Send us mail with specification, we will send you FREE ARTWORK with quotation. After you approve Artwork, You send us advance and we start the production.
3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE ORDERED & PAID?
We will start production.
4. DO I HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL?
Yes, but should be prior to proof approval and payment. Once you approve your artwork and pay, production will start and you will be invoiced for any work carried out so far.
5. SO HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
From approval of your artwork, we usually deliver you in 10-15 days or more for different order quantities. We also have EXPRESS SERVICE with extra payment.
6. HOW SHALL I SEND MY ARTWORK?
The best format would be a vectorised eps file or a pdf. If you dont have, please provide us the logo and text in outline format.
7. WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTWORK?
We have artwork makers who will make your artwork FREE OF CHARGE. They will design the arworks and send to you for approval before production.
8. HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
You have 2 options: Standard & Express. Unless you specify during the order process and pay the supplement, delivery will be approx. 2 weeks to 3 weeks*.
If you pay extra for Express, then we can deliver earlier. Both timings are from the point of when your artwork is approved and you paid the advance, and not from the date you actually requested for Quote.
9. WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
We will choose the most suitable international express FedEx, UPS, DHL, EXW, FOB, etc. depending upon your urgency and weight of goods.
10. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes we send you mail with tracking number.
11. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I’M NOT HAPPY?
If we make mistake, then you will get your goods remade.
